Holistic Health Consultation for Individualized care plans: since each person is biochemically unique.  I create tailored, client-centered solutions that are exclusive to each client and designed to address the specific needs of that person. This concern and attention to detail takes more time, but like any well-crafted instrument, individualized care plans provide numerous long-term benefits.

You will come with tension, pain and discomfort and leave totally relaxed, rejuvenated, refreshed and educated. My gift is to educate each one in a way they can maintain that feel good feeling, long after they have left.

When the body relaxes, the mind follows. My goal is to relieve your stress and encourage a higher standard of self awareness.

I offer many options to alleviate pain, stress, and discomfort through different massage therapy modalities specific to each client. From a relaxed massage to deep tissue, to sports massage to aromatherapy and meditation. Consultation to help you heal your body with Diet and nutrition.

My Story

In 2007 I was facing back surgery; I suffered from sciatica that affected my left leg to my foot. It was extremely painful to get out of bed and be able to walk. I decided before any back surgery to be done that I would see an acupressure therapist. After just 2 weeks I could see the amazing results, and after 6 weeks I felt so energized and rejuvenated that I canceled my back surgery.

I give credit to my acupressure therapist who inspired me to learn about this practice that I enrolled myself into school to get educated on the anatomy of the body and how it can heal naturally without using medication or surgery. I had then had the desire to help others.

I finished my 1000 hours of certifications plus 500 hours of internship in Acupressure, Massage, Nutrition, Homeopathy, Herbology, Iridology, Ayurvedic alternative medicine and Energy Healing by laying of the hands.  Including Yoga and Meditation.  So I can relate to your back pain. I know exactly how you feel and where you hurt. My goal is to help relieve you from the pain and discomfort you are experiencing.  I can determine what treatment fits your condition, Call me and let me help you relieve your pain!
